This download will allow you to keep notes about a project as you work on it. Knitting, Crochet, Cross Stitch, Embroidery, etc. Use it digitally or print it and have a physical copy, it's totally up to you.

If you'd like customized colors, images, or fields filled in, please contact me. Customization starts at $2 added to the base price and will increase based on complexity and other factors.
